Quick Ration Loading System Construction Technology Research

The rapid quantitative loading system is responsible for the main loading links in the bulk solid-state material storage and shipping system,and can achieve the rapid and quantitative loading task of the external transportation of solid materials such as coal.The weighing system is the core part of the rapid loading system.The measurement accuracy of weighing system is more than 50 % related to the on-site installation.On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the construction process,the construction of the loading system,the construction of the loading system,the construction of the quantitative warehouse,and the experience of the on-site installation,the paper standardized the construction technical requirements,found out the key points and difficulties of the quantitative warehouse assembly,and formulated a reasonable assembly process.A feasible inspection and testing method is proposed to shorten the installation period,reduce the installation cost and improve the assembly accuracy on the basis of satisfying the technical standards.After deeply analyzing the basic theory of the rapid quantitative loading system,the thesis starts the research from the weighing system in the construction technology.At the same time,by analyzing the construction technology of the traditional quantitative warehouse,we find out the key points,difficulties,and shortcomings.In the new quantitative warehouse installation,we put forward different technical methods than the traditional process,and elaborated the quantitative warehouse construction technology through practical data analysis.Make recommendations for targeted improvements.It is hoped that it can help to further improve the technical level of the rapid quantitative loading system construction.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the technical level of the rapid quantitative loading system,and provides new ideas and new methods for the construction of the rapid quantitative loading system in the future.Figure 9;Table 2;Reference 46...
