To shorten aircraft R&D time and reduce cost, simulation is necessary, aircraft is an airborne one and environmental actions on aircraft are simulated by the loading system. Minishing the surplus force is the crux of the loading system.the paper aims at lessening the surplus force and improving the loading system performance.The paper introduces the structure of helicopter airscrew loading system and constructs the mathematical model of single channel loading system and analyses its dynamic performance. Based on the mathematical expression, the paper researches the factors which influence the surplus force. A feed-forward compensation method with the structure invariance theory is brought forward and it effectively reduces the surplus force.The paper analyses the coupling of multi-channel harmony loading system and constructs its mathematical model. Apply the theory of single channel to multi-channel, the surplus force lessens effectively.To improve robustness of control system, the paper analyses the influence of nonlinear factors and introduces the neural network PID auto adaptive control to reduce the influence.
