With the promotion of quantitative loading control system in Coal Petrochemical Storage and transportation and other industries, the business aspects of automatic management set higher demands. At present, microcomputer and hydraulic control system has been used to achieve rapid quantitative loading and large coal flow automatic sampling, loading with ten thousand tons of trains in 1.5~2 hours and obtaining a very small amount of accurate representation of coal samples. Our country has begun to develop the large rapid quantitative loading system from the eighties of the last century, consisted of single-chip microcomputer control,PLC(programmable logical controller) control,SCM and PLC hybrid control which has been put into application. To a certain extent, these quantitative loading control systems have improved the degree of automation for loading, but there are still relatively low control accuracy, imperfect information management function etc.An automation control system of quantitative coaling with high accuracy and efficiency was designed and implemented based on the analysis of the project site requirements. High reliability A-B(Allen Bradley) PLC system and Anybus Communicator serial gateway were used to design the hardware system based on the quantitative characteristics of coal blending and loading. Written by VC++ for OPC gateway program, MySQL database can exchange data with AB software RSLinx server, integrate the vehicle information scanning system. Coal blending implement real-time data writing and reading accurately, providing an important guarantee for the enterprise information management and quantitative blending. A set of quantitative coaling control system consisted of blending logic control, performance monitoring, data integration is developed and deployed on real coal mine.After on spot test and data analysis, the design of the coal loading control system of automobile satisfied the control requirements of the production process, and achieved the industrial index of loading speed and loading accuracy. It greatly improves the work efficiency and automation level of the quantitative coal loading system.
