In the specification for quality acceptance of precast concrete structure,the allowable deviation for the installation of prefabricated components is mostly obtained through experiences,less through systematic investigation and research work,and the data model of installation deviation is absent.In order to study the construction erection deviation of prefabricated component in prefabricated concrete structure,a detailed research plan was prepared and site investigation on construction deviation of prefabricated construction structure was carried out in Hangzhou,Wuhan,Beijing and other six cities.Based on sorting and analyzing the measured data,it can be known that floor,column elevation,wall board joint width has the trend of normal distribution.The axial position of the wall,column and beam,the plumb deviation of the wall and column,and the flatness of the adjacent wallboard,the flatness of the adjacent floor follow have the trend of lognormal distribution.What’s more,when the qualified rate is 80% and 90% respectively,different allowable deviation values of prefabricated components are obtained.The most important value is that these data will provide support for revision of relevant code.The influence of the plumb deviation of vertical precast members on the structure performance has been analyzed by SAP2000.The main indexes studied include selfvibration period,layer seismic shear,displacement Angle between layers under seismic action,shear force of first layer members,bending moment of first layer members,etc.When a certain degree of installation deviation occurs,the changes of these indexes have been compared.According to analysis of SAP2000,it shows that when the installation deviation of the frame column and shear wall on each floor is controlled within 5mm and the maximum deviation of the total height is controlled within H/30000+20mm(H refers to the total height of the building),the influence on the structural performance is very small.Figure 35;Table 35;Reference 50...
