With the great progress of aerospace technology and the increasingly fierce competition for space resources, The new flight platform came into being and has been the rapid development and use. As a new type of aircraft aerospace plane can aviation and aerospace, has the extremely important value and strategic significance. According to the space plane pose adjustment difficulties and the low autmatic degree of traditional crane and hanging equipment to design the auxiliary equipment erection and turning device for testing and maintenance, welding and assembling, no injury detection, pose adjustment and experimental research.According to the technical specifications and design requirements of the erection and turning device, combined with the domestic and foreign turnover mechanism, finished up the structure of the erection and turning device and the design of transmission scheme. The erection and turning device of the turnover mechanism, lifting mechanism and vertical mechanism motion analysis and the structure design was made and completed the entire vertical turn-over device design, established the structural model of erection and turning device as well as the key parts of selection and calculation, calculated the resistive overturning stability.Secondly, the kinematics and dynamics of the vertical turning device are analyzed and simulated. A kinematics model is established by using the complex vector method and analytical method, it is concluded that the components of the position, velocity, and acceleration curves. Newton- euler method is adopted to establish the dynamics model, seeking out the force conditions of the hydraulic cylinder and the hinge point of the overturning frame and car body, the hinge point of the hydraulic cylinder the car body, before and after the ring fixing device and rotary tray, it is concluded that the force curves.The kinematics and dynamics simulation in ADAMS, verify the validity of the theoretical model.Finally, the finite element analysis and modal analysis are carried out by Workbench Ansys. The reliability of key parts were analysised and shows that these components in the different location of the limit of the equivalent stress diagram and equivalent deformation diagram and of the whole structure of the modal analysis, obtained the vertical turning device of the front six order natural frequency and formation.
