With the continuous improvement of global science and technology level,a number of new design methods and manufacturing processes are emerging in the global shipbuilding industry,which greatly improves the efficiency of overall ship design and manufacturing.Ship pipeline design is the most time-consuming part in the whole design process of ships.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of ship pipeline designers and realize the intellectualization of ship pipeline design,an automatic search method of ship pipeline path based on improved ant colony algorithm is proposed in this paper.Firstly,based on the principle of basic ant colony algorithm,this paper explores whether the algorithm can be applied to ship pipeline path search.It is found that the path searched by the basic ant colony algorithm is too divergent to satisfy the actual design of ship pipeline path.Secondly,the basic ant colony algorithm is used to search the shortest path in two-dimensional plane,which is not suitable for searching the shortest path in three-dimensional space.In view of this situation,this paper creates a three-dimensional algorithm space to improve the operation of ant colony algorithm,uses the strategy of "decomposition-encirclement-recombination" to simplify the ship cabin equipment,and then uses the three-dimensional space grid method to numerical ship pipeline layout space.At the same time,the basic ant colony algorithm is improved and the fitness function of the improved algorithm is set.Then the simulation experiment of the improved ant colony algorithm is carried out in MATLAB 2012.It is found that the single ship path searched by the improved ant colony algorithm is more in line with the actual design situation than the single ship pipeline path searched by the basic ant colony algorithm.Aiming at the problem of multi-vessel pipeline path or vessel pipeline branch path,this paper introduces co-evolutionary algorithm,which combines co-evolutionary algorithm with improved ant colony algorithm.Several ship pipelines or sub-pipelines are dismantled and decomposed into several single ship pipelines.The cooperative process and evolutionary process of the co-evolutionary algorithm are used to search for multiple ship pipeline paths,and the simulation experiment is carried out by MATLAB 2012.At the same time,the improved ant colony algorithm is directly applied to multi-vessel pipeline path search.Compared with the path searched by the co-evolutionary improved ant colony algorithm,it is found that the improved ant colony algorithm is better than the co-evolutionary improved ant colony algorithm.Finally,through the secondary development technology of SolidWorks,using C++ language on the platform of Visual Studio 2015 SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling software for ship pipeline design system plug-in development.The plug-in is mainly used for parametric modeling of ship pipeline paths searched by the algorithm,and also for parametric modeling of ship pipeline connectors.Taking the flat welded flange and midline butterfly valve for example,this paper describes how to use SolidWorks secondary development technology to help ship pipeline designers complete the design of ship pipeline with higher quality and efficiency. |
