With the rapid development of urbanization,the urban population and city size are increasing.As the basic infrastructure of cities,underground pipelines play a more and more important role.The scale of pipelines is also increasing,and formed an interleaved and complex underground pipeline network.Due to historical,management and other reasons,the data of pipelines is not completed or missing,which brings difficulty to the construction,urban management and urban planning.In addition,the city also need further development and construction,and there will be more of pipelines in the future,so using effective means to know the information of pipelines' location,direction and distribution can promote municipal construction,and this provide using space for underground pipeline detection.This paper focus on the data acquisition needs of pipelines in municipal management and planning,study the detection method of three-dimensional pipeline,and based on the specific engineering background,make it apply to three-dimensional modeling and three-dimensional space planning.The full text has achieved the following results.In terms of pipeline detection,the paper propose a new method for pipeline detecting to establish an intelligent pipeline data measurement system,which is divided into drive platform,data detecting system,data acquisition and data saving system.Using this system,accurately data of three-dimensional information about underground pipelines can be obtained,and it has efficient,accurate,and scalable features,in other hand,it has an important value to detection of urban underground pipelines.In the aspect of automatic modeling,we defined the interface for data exchange based on the ArcGIS Engine platform and C# language.We use the Multipatch supporting data in ArcGIS software,generate a 3D pipeline automatic modeling software after secondary development,and use experimental data obtained automatically to generate pipeline model,this provides digitized data for urban underground space construction.In the three-dimensional path planning aspect,this paper uses ant colony algorithm to do path planning in three-dimensional space.And put forward a way to solve the problem by optimize the parameters of ant colony algorithm using genetic algorithm according to the effect of parameters to colony algorithm.So we can get a better optimization result.And obtain three-dimensional coordinates of the center line.Then using three-dimensional modeling software to simulate.The method has a good result to 3D space path planning,and has high value for municipal construction.The study in the paper has high value to municipal management construction,and path planning,and it has important theoretical significance and practical value in promoting modernization of urban underground space management.
