| In recent years,the concept of building energy conservation has been strongly advocated in China.Green building and prefabricated building has been widely concerned.The thermal performance and application of a new prefabricated ventilated energy-efficient exterior wall panel containing gypsum board with phase change material is investigated in this thesis.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The structure and size of the new prefabricated ventilated energyefficient exterior wall panel were determined as well as materials selected for each component.The type of phase change material added to the wall panel was also determined as well as the combination method of phase change material and the wall panel.(2)A finite element thermal calculation model of a single new ventilated energy-efficient exterior wall panel was established,initial and boundary conditions were set accroding to the thermodynamic test.Numerical analysis data was obtained and verified with test results so the reliability of the model could be verified.The initial and boundary conditions were also set accroding to the climate conditions of northern China in summer and winter,the thermal numerical simulation of a single wall panel was carried out,so the thermal parameters of the wall panel could be obtained.(3)A finite element thermal calculation model of a sample room was established.The model was simplified according to the numerical simulation results of a single wall panel.Numerical simulation of the sample room was carried out under working conditions in summer and winter respectively in order to verify the effect of the wall panel on the heat preservation and energy saving of the sample room.Relevant factors affecting the thermal performance of the wall panel in practical application were also analyzed.(4)The dead weight,connection methods,anti-haze methods,sound insulation performance and cost performance of the wall panel were investigated.Further suggestions to the new ventilated energy-efficient exterior wall panel for optimizing and improvement were put forward based on the results of experimental research,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.It is proved that when the wall panel is used in northern China,satisfactory effects of heat preservation and insulation for indoor environment can be obtained under high air temperature condition in summer.By transferring heat into the indoor environment,the effect of energy saving can be obtained by the wall panel under low air temperature condition in winter.Simultaneously,the heat loss caused by window ventilation in winter can be reduced by the ventilation function of the wall panel.In practical application,the thermal performance of the wall panel is affected by indoor natural ventilation conditions.The air entering the indoor environment can be kept clean by reasonable selection of ventilation and anti-haze method of the wall panel,and the harm to human health can be reduced.Therefore,the new ventilated energy-efficient exterior wall panel has better performance of energy saving,heat preservation,ventilation and haze removal.The wall panel has a lighter deadweight and a reasonable price,so it can be used in green prefabricated buildings. |
