Basen on the requirement of axial flow type waterjet,mixed flow type waterjet and omnidirectional rotation type waterjet hydraulic performance test used in river-crossing equipment,study on thegeneral technological scheme of waterjet of river-crossing equipment in multi-condition test device,the main technical parameters calculation and experimental cerification and typical condition simulation of multi-condition test device was carried out.Firstly,the test device scheme of waterjet of river-crossing equipment in multi-condition was designed based on the analysis of existing waterjet test device at home and aboard which could complete bare pump hydraulic performance test(bare pump hydraulic test could get the efficiency characteristic of bare pump according to the test result including massflow,head and power)and cavitation performance test(cavitation performance test could be used to judge the cavitation resistance of bare pump by testing the variation characteristic of NPSH with different head)in peace and flowing water,waterjet scaled model consist of inlet duct and bare pump performance test in peace and flowing water and waterjet anchoring performance test in different water depth.Secondly,the main design parameters of test device was calculated and analyzed,which include the size of main tubes,the flow loss of main loop,the head and power of main loop pump,the size of cavitation tank and steady tank and so on.Thirdly,typical test conditions was choosing to verify the rationality and practicability of thrust test device scheme of axial flow type waterjet in anchoring condition,which was also used to verify the rationality and practicability of test device scheme of axial flow type waterjet in different water depth.Finaly,typical test was simulated with CFD software,which was used to study of the internal flow details and external characteristic of waterjet in different water depth with test result,that could offer valuable data supporting for the improvement and optimizing of total test device system.
