This paper mainly discusses the palace,forbidden garden and the situation of Luoyang which was rebuilt in the Northern Wei Dynasty.Luoyang experienced eight changes of power and many wars,from 312 to 423.Although it was repaired in a short time,many years of war still brought great damage to Luoyang.After the Northern Wei Dynasty occupied Luoyang,Luozhou(??)was set up there.The large-scale construction of luoyang city started from494.The Luoyang city built in the Northern Wei Dynasty was a three-ring urban structure.The palace is located in the north of the inner city.The main body in the north is the Xiyou garden(???)for the royal family to rest and live.And there were Taiji palace(???),Shiqian palace(???),Xianyang palace(???)and Chaotang(??).The emperor lived in the Jim yong palace(???)in the northwest of the city,before the main palace was built.The Hualin garden(???),is located in the north of the main palace and the west of the Tingsong court(???).It is a fixed place to hold a banquet and hold a meeting.And there is a place which provided for the royal family to live.And we can speculate that the Qinghui palace(???),Lihua canal(???),Xifan pool(???),Guande palace(???),Ningxian palace(???)were located in the south of the Hualin garden,near the north wall of the main palace.Offices building,housing building,temples,markets are planned in Luoyang city.Because of the expansion of the temple,the original space inside the city was broken down.And In Buddhist activities,such as Xingxiang(??)ceremony,the different parts in Luoyang city were organically integrated again.
