With the development of space exploration missions,more satellites will be more commonly used for scientific research and exploration of targets.However,the development of satellite clusters still needs many aspects to be optimized.Satellites need to meet the specific functions of satellites.However,satellite position information in satellite clusters plays an important role in topological structure.Therefore,determining the relative position between satellites is an important condition for ensuring the normal operation of satellite clusters.In the traditional satellite cluster positioning method,in order to determine the position of the member stars,most of the positioning devices are loaded on the satellite.This method increases the load of the satellite,and when the number of satellites is large,the cost is high.At the same time,for large-scale satellite clusters,the traditional satellite positioning method needs other base station assistance,and the positioning real-time performance is poor,which cannot meet the real-time positioning requirements of satellites.Therefore,this paper proposes to use the fingerprint method to implement satellite cluster positioning,and has achieved the following innovative results:(1)Aiming at the high cost and poor real-time performance of traditional satellite positioning methods for large-scale satellite clusters,a fingerprint cluster-based satellite cluster autonomous positioning method is proposed.The location-based fingerprint satellite cluster autonomous positioning method shortens the online positioning time by constructing the fingerprint database in advance,collects the received signal strength to construct a fingerprint database,and determines the relative position between the satellites based on the fingerprint database matching method in the online stage.The use of KD trees improves the overall positioning speed,and the use of wavelet transform reduces the positioning error caused by satellite jitter.(2)Aiming at the problem of positioning trajectory offset caused by satellite signal occlusion,a method based on particle filter feedback for position correction is proposed.The optimal prediction position is obtained based on the weight,the satellite communication status is judged,and the corrected position predicts the satellite trajectory in advance.The method effectively reduces the influence of satellite occlusion on positioning and improves the autonomous positioning accuracy of the overall satellite cluster.
