With the rapid growth of the social economy and the continuous improvement of the quality of life of residents,the number of private cars in a city has shown a rising trend.On the one hand,the increase in the number of cars has brought convenience to people,but on the other hand,it has caused problems such as insufficient parking space in a city,difficulty in parking,traffic congestion and so on.Nowadays,people’s demand for parking space is becoming more and more urgent,and the parking space on the ground is in short supply,however many underground parking lots have large vacancies due to complicated structure and unfamiliar terrain.In view of above,this thesis adopts the location fingerprint-based WiFi indoor positioning method to design and implement an intelligent management system for underground parking lot based on WiFi positioning.This thesis first analyzes the application status of intelligent parking system and introduces the typical indoor positioning technologies.The principle of WiFi indoor positioning based on location fingerprint is expounded.Compared with several classical positioning methods,the strongest AP method and WKNN algorithm are combined as positioning matching algorithm to realize real-time vehicle positioning in an underground parking lot.At the same time,on the one hand,the mobile phone acceleration sensor is used for step-counting detection,and combined with bluetooth detection to judge the driver’s parking behavior;on the other hand,the smart phone sensor data is collected to identify the driver’s parking behavior.This thesis analyzes demand analysis of the intelligent management system of underground parking lot based on WiFi positioning from four aspects: business requirements,user requirements,functional requirements and non-functional requirements in detail,and designs the system(Android client/server side).According to the need,the Android client is divided into offline client and online client.The offline client is appropriate for the parking lot administrators and is responsible for completing the collection of fingerprint data.The online client assists the driver users to complete the parking business,realizes the real-time positioning of the vehicle in the underground parking lot and detects the driver’s parking behaviors at the same time,records the parking location.The function of the server is composed of two parts,the first part is used by the parking lot administrators and managers,which is responsible for the management of underground parking management system;the second part is to realize the information exchange between the server and the client.In addition,in order to improve the accuracy of WiFi positioning in the underground parking lot,the deployment scheme of wireless router in the underground parking lot was proposed through the analysis of router measurement results,and the design of system database was completed,programming to implement the functions of each module in the system.Finally,we built test environment in the underground parking lot of the school to test the related functions of the system,and found out the better fingerprint data acquisition scheme by testing the accuracy of the positioning results under different conditions.The test results showed that the system basically met the design requirements and realized the real-time positioning of the vehicle in the underground parking lots,enabled users to timely grasp parking information,enhanced user experience,and thus improved the utilization of underground parking spaces.
