Research On Project Management Of The Nth Section Of The SH Main Flow Control Project Of S Company

The construction and development of water conservancy facilities depend on economic construction and also play a supporting and constructive role in the development of economic construction.The rapid development of the national economy has provided a rare opportunity for the development of water conservancy projects.Major water conservancy projects such as the Three Gorges,Xiaolangdi,Wanjiazhai and South-to-North Water Diversion Projects have been gradually completed,which also highlights China’s major achievements in water conservancy construction.How to combine project management theory with hydraulic engineering practice and improve the level of water conservancy project management is also an important issue that needs to be studied at present.Based on the project management theory,this paper sorts out the relevant documents of project management,and analyzes the problems existing in the riverbank management project in Nth section of the SH main flow control project.Firstly,the development overview of S company and the main content of the project were introduced.The problems in the project management process were analyzed in combination with the progress of the project.Secondly,starting from the main process of project management,the contract management,quality management,safety management,schedule management and cost management schemes in project management are introduced in detail.The critical route method and earned value method in the theory of project management are applied to the Nth Section Project Management Plan,and the company’s safety management assurance system is formulated.Finally,combined with work experience and practical experience,the paper puts forward some improvement measures for the problems of the N-segment project of SH main stream quality engineering,applies refined cost management to the company’s cost management,and build a quality management system.
