As one of the key systems of airborne equipment,the aircraft environmental control system(ECS)will inevitably have various faults during operation,which will cause obstacles to the equipment operation and even cause serious accidents.In this paper,the mathematical modeling method of fault prediction of aircraft ECS is studied.First,after reading many related literatures at home and abroad,we have learned about the development history,general situation and trend of aircraft fault research,and summarize the general method of ECS fault research.Secondly,the flow parameters before and after turbine in aircraft ECS are summarized and analyzed to build 3d model of turbine in CATIA,divide structured grid in ICEM,and finally carry out numerical simulation under design conditions in FLUENT.Thirdly,the mathematical model of each main component in a certain aircraft ECS system,such as fan and fittings,is established respectively,and validated by the experimental data.Based on the order of air flow in the system,the overall model of aircraft ECS,which is the basis for further study on the aircraft ECS failure prediction,is established by integrating the mathematical model of each component.Finally,the turbine nozzle ring blade wear are taken as an example,and neural network algorithm is used to establish the prediction model.Meanwhile,the parameters of the various parameters of the system in the normal state and failure state are also obtained.By considering the fault turbine into the ECS mathematical model,the deviation of the system performance corresponding to the turbine nozzle ring blade with different wear degrees is identified.
