When the aircraft is flying at high altitude,the environment of outside the cabin is harsh.In order to ensure the safety of the aircraft and the comfort of the passengers,the environmental control system of civil aircraft must keep cabin temperature,cabin pressure and cabin humidity within the prescribed range at all times.Therefore,the research on environmental control system of civil aircraft is a very challenging and practical work.With the development of computer simulation,new research ideas have been brought to the research of civil aircraft's environmental control system.The simulation of the civil aircraft's environmental control system can predict and evaluate the performance of the system,which greatly saves the cost of conducting traditional experiments,especially in the early stage of design,it can provide a valuable reference for the selection of system solutions and the optimization of control schemes.In this paper,the temperature parameters of the environmental control system are selected as the research object,the simulation analysis of the civil aircraft's environmental control system is deeply studied.Firstly,a simplified simulation model of the civil aircraft's environmental control system is established under the Flowmaster,including the the cabin air-conditioning system,refrigeration system and control system;Then,the simulation test of the refrigeration system is carried out on the simulation test platform of the air-conditioning system.The test results are compared with the simulation results to verify the the accuracy of the simulation model of the environmental control system and the reliability of the simulation results;Finally,the BP neural network control is introduced into the cabin environmental control system,and the BP neural network model of the environmental control system is constructed and trained by Matlab,the control method based on BP neural network realizes the simulation of civil aircraft's environmental control system.The simulation results show that the control method has a great influence on the temperature control effect of the civil aircraft cabin.The application of BP neural network control on the aircraft's environmental control system provides a reference for the intelligent control of the aircraft environmental control system to some extent.The simulation research on the aircraft's environmental control system has practical significance and engineering value,which can provide theoretical support for improving the performance of the civil aircraft's environmental control system to some extent.
