| Aircraft Environmental Control System referred to as environmental control system. With the rapid development of modern aircraft technology, the environmental control system requirements have become more sophisticated, requiring more information about the characteristics of systems and accessories to develop a better performance of the environmental control system.As the various types of refrigeration systems have their advantages and disadvantages, in order to provide the best performance of the system, it must be in-depth study. Our country in the field of aircraft environmental control late start, compared with the United States and other developed countries there is a gap, especially for the dynamic study of the system and accessories there is still much to be desired. This paper, on the basis of previous studies, in-depth study of the static and dynamic with high pressure water separation system and its attachment. In this paper, I use the Flowmaster one-dimensional thermal fluid simulation software which rise in the domestic aviation sector soon, to simulate the Three-wheel Environmental Control System with the High Pressure Water Separation, and with previous research data to do comparison, do the static characteristic analysis. The thermal inertia of the system, a larger heat exchanger research, using different modeling methods and solving methods, respectively, of the pairs of processes and single-process cross-flow heat exchanger fin programming solution, analyze its dynamic properties. In addition, studies of Three-wheel Environmental Control System with the High Pressure Water Separation in addition to the dynamic characteristics, and the established of a turbine, compressor, fan and water separator of the mathematical model, according to the flow of gas in the system, programming calculation and analysis of the system dynamics. Finally, research results were further summarized for the future environmental control system design, research reference.After emerging from the study mentioned above: Some annexes of the gas export gas temperature due to the role of the temperature gradually increased to the steady-state value; the other part of parts of the entry and exit gas temperature by the turbine exit the role of cold air, first a gradual reduction small to a minimum value, then the impact of high-temperature air by the gas gradually increased to a steady-state value. Proved ram air temperature on the system performance is much greater than the engine gas temperature on the systems. |
