Design And Implementation Of Workflow-Based Financial System In Shipbuilding Enterprise

Financial management information system plays an important role in such aspects to the enterprise financial planning,financial control,financial supervision,and financial operations.At present,the domestic financial system has been popularized for a long time.There are many kinds of general financial software on the market,they has fully satisfied the basic requirements of computerized accounting.However,the recording and processing of daily accounting data is just a small part.It is difficult to play a greater role in the management.Therefore,we need a more powerful and suitable software for a particular type of business management to support enterprise applying.The software cannot just be a computerized tool,but a tool for supporting enterprise management and decision.Nowadays,shipbuilding industry in China is one of the industries with strong international competition ability.The continuous expansion of shipbuilding enterprises and improving business ability make the management of shipbuilding enterprises need systematic guidance to make the right decisions.Hudong-Zhonghua shipbuilding(Group)Co.,Ltd is a large-scale shipbuilding enterprise;the common financial software on the market is not according to the characteristics of the industry and its business rules.Due to the particularity of shipbuilding enterprise business,as well as with shipbuilding business system integration needs,general financial management software on the market can't adapt to their needs.Therefore,there is a pressing need to develop a suit of financial information system which meets the requirement of shipbuilding enterprise business management.This thesis analyzes some problem of financial management in Hudong-Zhonghua shipbuilding(Group)Co.,Ltd by investigation on the current situation of financial management.This thesis discusses the necessity of financial management system's development for shipbuilding enterprise.In this thesis,WF is used as workflow engine,it establishes the workflow model and the system architecture in the VS2010 development environment,and the financial system based on workflow is realized.Firstly,this thesis briefly analyzes the development of the financial system and proposes a financial system of shipbuilding enterprise which is based on workflow technology.By description of the workflow technology,the thesis studies the implementation of workflow in the system.Through the analysis of the enterprise status quo,the thesis organizes the system requirements and major financial management processes,and the technologies and the developing tools are determined.The thesis carries out the architecture design,database design,module design and interface design of the system.Through overview of the system,the thesis studies the implementation of workflow persistence and two typical modules in the system.The thesis explores the test scheme of the system,and the evaluation of the test results is given.Benefit from the application of workflow technology,the shipbuilding enterprise financial system in this thesis optimizes the financial management process,it set up a flexible and extensible financial management platform,it also reduce the enterprise investment in terms of the IT maintenance,it meet the needs of software complexity and rapid growth as well.The system works well after months of commissioning and trial operation with friendly user interface and convenient operation.It has achieved the expected purpose.
