Complex aircraft needs a variety of tests in the process of design and production and use.The purpose of test is to detect,diagnose,validate and maintain the function of aircrafts,to find and positioning fault,to replace components within the scope of maintenance library,to guarantee the design and technical tactical performance in the superior use state from overall design to final assembly manufacturing process,to satisfy the user.This thesis aims at a certain type of aerocraft test requirement,carries out the design of a test system,summarizes and studies the hardware and software development and implementation process.This paper detailed introduces the composition of test system,the hardware configuration and test software development based on Lab VIEW platform,proves the feasibility of the test system through the engineering practical application.This thesis mainly includes the following contents:(1)Based on the review of the testing work in the field of aerocraft,this paper studies the two characteristics and some requirements of automatic test equipment,discusses the design method of aerocraft test system.(2)Based on the study on the features of the aerocraft,this paper forms the comprehensive test requirement and calculates the overall project plan for the test system.(3)Achieve the aim to a required test system through the rational allocation of hardware resources and test-software design.(4)Carry out the test system self-inspection,pass the joint test with the training device,and verify the correctness and rationality of the entire test system.
