The Vxi The Atc Test System The Main Structure And Control Software Design

In testing instruments fields, the powerful capability of data management and picture display of computer promoted the development of virtual instrument. VXIbus platform is an excellent platform in virtual instrument area. It's application and development in auto-testing system is very fast. VXI ATC integrated test system bases on VXIbus platform which has outstanding characteristics such as high speed, high precision and reliability, flexible configuration and wide compatibility, so it is comprehensively used in military and civil domain. The main task of this dissertation includes the software design of VXI ATC integrated test system developed by the university of electronic science and technology in china. This software of auto-test system is optimized and developed based on the old system, because it is designed refer to standard of software project and used the technology of database. All the software satisfys the measure criterions for testing large numbers of ATC devices. Main contribution of this dissertation can be concluded as following: 1,Design the main frame of testing software refer to the software project criterion and process. 2,Based on the test programs aiming at different devices, the basic methods for transmitter test, receiver test, system code test and interface test are included. According to the methods, the field of the test system can be extended largely. 3,Using the application of relation database technology, I design the database and program of the testing system software linked to the database. 4,Design the testing methods of software model and system software, and debug the program and testing many type of the ATC device.
