Comprehensive testing technology is the integration frontier technology of computer technology,bus technology,virtual instrument technology and database technology.Based on the miniaturization,hardware,generalization and standardization of the test system,this paper designs the detection,analysis and preservation of the controlled parameters of a certain type of aircraft in real flight environment.Specific research contents include the following parts: According to the requirement of integrated test of an aircraft,a software design scheme based on MFC and virtual instrument is proposed,and its key technologies are studied;With PXI bus instrument as the core and information acquisition as the main line,PXI bus automatic test technology and object-oriented programming technology are combined to be applied to the research and development of an aircraft integrated test system;The design of functional modules,including man-machine interface,data acquisition module,device self-test module,test flow interpretation module and data storage module,and the design of the corresponding database structure.In addition,multi-threaded access method is applied to acquire instrument resources in the test process,which can effectively prevent deadlock.The front and back-end programs are used to display pulse signals and key analog signals in real time.The system can collect and store data in the testing process.At the same time,the stored data can be viewed and further analyzed in subsequent applications. |
