| As for the research of the torpedo in China, the controlling software has already been the core module in total systems. The reliability of the software has become one important factor which affects on the torpedo's performance because lack of high efficiency software tests. The torpedo testing failure caused by software bug is about 30%. At present, the torpedo integrated software system tests mainly depend on the real sailing operation even though it is expensive, i.e. it costs over one million for one real sailing software test (not including the fare for equipment consumed). It is impossible to do many times for real sailing test because high costs. Meanwhile, external input conditions may be random and limited during real sailing tests. The randomcity leads to indefinite result for the specific integrated software tests, which must be done, the limit leads to impossible tests for the total subsidiary software system. Therefore, it is significant for the research of torpedo integrated software tests, which is lower cost and high efficiency. This research will promote torpedo development for high reliability and inexpensive tests in our country.This paper introduces integrated software testing technology for the torpedo system. The research objective is integrated software test for torpedo wake homing. The main research works are as follows:1) Based on the present technical conditions, the suitable integrated software testing methods have been chosen and the researching steps have been determined.2) Based on the present virtual testing platform, the virtual digital objective model and digital wake homing model have been built. It creates the theoretic wave of wake homing, and the signals of wake homing input to the wake homing operating software.3) Based on the present real products and trigger signal simulation devices, the real sample integrated testing methods have been designed corresponding to the torpedo's wake homing attack. It builds the signal pass between the testing platform and the torpedo signal simulation device of controlling wake homing. The signal simulation device of wake homing is controlled by digital wake homing model.This research concerning of the integrated software system test of wake homing realize the deep inspection for the relative software during the process of wake homing attack in virtual/real sample product. Meanwhile, it analyzed the application situation when the testing methods will be operated for real torpedo research, and it looks forward to the future development for the torpedo integrated software-testing technology. |
