Study On The Influence Of Community Management On Life Satisfaction Of Residents In Shack Town In Shanghai,From The Perspective Of Urban Renewal

After the development of “tearing down and building” in the past 30 years,there are still a large number of shack towns in urban villages in Shanghai.Under such a background,the existing social structure of the local residents in shack towns in Shanghai is constantly scattered and reorganized,the population in the shack towns is getting denser,the community conditions and the conditions of living material are deteriorating.These problems have seriously affected the life satisfaction of the residents of shack towns in Shanghai.This study investigates two typical shack towns in Shanghai,including Jiang Jia Bang and Shenxin Village,and finds that there is an intrinsic relationship between life satisfaction of residents of the community and the satisfaction of community management in these two shack towns.By analyzing the life satisfaction and community management satisfaction and the dependencies of each dimension between them,and investigating and analyzing the dissatisfaction factors in the various dimensions of community management of these two shack towns,it is to find out the dissatisfaction factors that affect the life satisfaction of the residents on the level of community management,and put forward some suggestions and improvement measures for the policy,street neighborhood committees and other community managers.Based on the analysis of the research topics in sociology,architecture,urban planning and other related subjects,this dissertation is trying to find out the possible ways for residents of Shanghai to enjoy a higher quality of life under the background of urban renewal,and to provide some inspiration to the community administrators in Shanghai.This dissertation includes five chapters: Chapter 1 is to introduce the background,scope,method,theory summarization,significance and purpose of this study;Chapter 2 is to introduce the basic information and community situation of those two shack towns,and analyses the relationship between life satisfaction of the residents and community management satisfaction in two shack towns;Chapter 3 is to focus on the analysis of the relationship between the satisfaction of the community and each dimension in those two shack towns,looking for the important factors that affect the satisfaction of resident community management in Jiang Jia Bang and Shenxin Village;Chapter 4 is to analyze the case of the government-led "urban micro-renewal" plan,and probes into how to improve the living standard of the residents through the combination of architecture and community management;Chapter 5 is to summarize the whole dissertation.
