With the improvement of people's material standard of living,users' demand for personal mobility tools has risen from function satisfaction to experience satisfaction.Personal mobility tool is no longer a tool product for solving mobile problems,but a service product with both transportation function and experience function.Therefore,designers are required not only to design a travel tool with beautiful modeling language,but also to create new travel modes and good travel experience for users.In the field of technology,the realization of automatic driving has liberated users' hands and made them have extra free time in the process of travel.The maturity of new energy technology has subverted the traditional oil vehicle engineering layout structure,and the vehicle design has a higher degree of freedom and more possibilities in space.As required by the user needs upgrading,the automatic transmission,new energy technology,in order to target users "social fresh man" as the center of China,a thorough investigation into the user's trajectory,lifestyle and behavior analysis of the user in the daily life and travel behavior has or may have crossed scenario,accurately grasp the user of the implicit demand for travel products,looking for the design,creation can meet the demand of the user personality way to travel,design to the user experience of travel lifestyle,for the target users provide a more personal mobility tool choice,is the main purpose of this paper studies the practice.Based on the theory of user research,this study takes "fresh people in society" in China as the research target,and investigates the lifestyle and behavior trajectory of the target population through the method of literature survey,in-depth interview and non-participatory observation.In the process of research,the background of China's "social person" fresh data collection analysis,interview outline,for the user design to the user for a whole day's behavior observation,in-depth interview and then combined with the observation and the interview outline,enabling users to recall the behavior of one day,restore the true feelings,a complete record users a day of life.Using cluster analysis method,quantitative survey results,statistical data analysis,quantitative intuitive behavior trajectory.Analyze the behavior trajectory and lifestyle,find the entry point of travel tool design,and design the personal mobility tool that conforms to the lifestyle of "fresh people in society" in China by combining the technical means of CMF,UX and conceptual design.In terms of theoretical contribution,this study finds that the daily life behaviors of Chinese "fresh people" can be summarized as daily behaviors,office behaviors,entertainment behaviors,social behaviors and travel behaviors.When analyzing the spatial transformation of user behaviors,mobile space is the link between other Spaces,and it is proposed that the future travel tool may be the "third space" connecting the starting point and the destination.In terms of practical contribution,this study has compiled a survey outline of the daily life trajectory of "fresh people in society".The excavation recorded the daily life of 100 Chinese "fresh people" in detail.Based on cluster analysis,an analytical method for quantifying the daily life trajectory is presented.It provides a new method for studying user behavior.It provides practical research cases for the application of user research to mobility design.
