As a kind of agricultural power device,the light agricultural crawler chassis has the advantages of small ground pressure,good adhesion,strong climbing and obstacle performance,and small turning radius.In the hilly and mountainous areas of southern my country,the farmland has small plots,uneven ground,and shape.Features such as irregularities and fragmented plots have good application value.Therefore,in order to improve the ability of the light agricultural track chassis to adapt to the complex environment of the southern hills and mountains,the passability of the light agricultural track chassis was studied.Through the use of kinematics and mechanics to theoretically analyze the light agricultural crawler chassis,and then use the multi-body mechanics analysis software RecurDyn to establish the light agricultural crawler chassis dynamics model and the road dynamics model,and then use the multi-body mechanics analysis software RecurDyn to perform the crawler chassis passability Simulation analysis,and finally field test verification through the modified light track chassis.This article conducts in-depth research on the passability of light agricultural tracked chassis,and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the overall performance of tracked vehicles.In this paper,the specific content of the research on the passability of LightAgricultural caterpillar chassis is as follows;(1)Theoretical analysis of the passability of the mini-agricultural crawler chassis: the influence on the passability of the mini-agricultural crawler tractor mainly includes the structural parameters of the crawler drag and the ground soil parameters.This paper uses kinematics and mechanics to analyze the flat-land passability and communication of the micro-agricultural crawler tractor.Analyze the transit performance,obstacle crossing performance,and climbing performance to obtain the main factors affecting the transit performance of the mini-track tractor;(2)Dynamic modeling of miniature agricultural crawler chassis: Use Creo 3D software to draw the body of World 1GL-2000 F crawler self-propelled rotary tiller,and then use the LM low-speed crawler module in the multi-body mechanics software RecurDyn to build the crawler chassis,And use the Ground module in RecurDyn to set up two types of pavement hard ground and soft ground.Finally,pour into the car body to establish a dynamic model of the Light-Agricultural crawler chassis and the ground system;(3)Simulation analysis of the passageability of crawler chassis based on multi-body mechanics: The virtual prototype model of the Light-Agricultural crawler chassis established by the multi-body mechanics software RecurDyn is used to carry out flat ground passage,ditch passage,and obstacle passage on two roads.Through simulation analysis of performance and climbing performance,various motion laws can be obtained to verify the feasibility of the dynamic model.(4)Refit the existing light-duty tracked chassis vehicles to move the center of gravity forward,and then simulate the light tracked chassis of agricultural machinery in paddy field operation,such as field tests such as overwater ditches,crossed ridges,hill climbing,etc.,To verify its passing performance through field trials. |
