In recent years,the drone industry has been flourishing,especially the Rotor UAV is a big shine in the field of drones.These drones are mainly used for aerial photography and are widely used in police reconnaissance,variety shooting,geological survey,entertainment self-timer and other scenes.With the rapid recovery of China’s economy in recent years,there are more and more high-rise buildings in the city,and the problem of low efficiency in fire protection of these buildings is followed.At present,some people have introduced drones into the field of fire protection,and they want to overcome the problem of high-rise building fire protection,and there is no perfect solution,drone high-rise fire research still has a long way to go.This paper summarizes the high-rise building fire protection problem of the UAV,and proposes a scheme of the UAV equipped with a large load PTZ to drive the fire water gun to extinguish the fire.The main work involved is to carry out the structural design research of the large load UAV pan/tilt.The purpose of the PTZ research carried out in this paper is to design a pan/tilt structure for a rotorless drone.After multi-party survey of load analysis and structural form,the PTZ structure designed in this paper only contains two degrees of freedom,which can greatly simplify the control complexity.The pan/tilt structure also separates the weight of the water hose connected to the water gun from the motor load,so that the power of the motor used in the pan/tilt is reduced as much as possible,thereby reducing the weight and volume of the motor,and controlling the volume and weight of the pan/tilt within a certain range.The research on the structure of the pan/tilt is mainly carried out through the solidworks structure design and the simulation analysis of the virtual model.Before the processing of the pan/tilt structure,the solidworks 3D software was used to design the model,and the virtual 3D model was simulated by Ansys workbench and Adams software.The analysis of the involved PTZ from the aspects of statics and kinematics helps to make early prediction and performance improvement of the rationality of the structure,eliminating the rework of unreasonable structures,saving processing costs and design time.Through model design,simulation analysis based on virtual model and physical experiment analysis,this paper presents a large load UAV pan/tilt that is quick and easy to install,simple in structure,and powerful in load. |
