Research On The Compilation And Implementation Of Historic Building Protection Planning Of Guangzhou

This paper combs the origin of historic building concepts,protection system development and some experience of heritage architecture protection at home and abroad,and briefly explains the background and trend of historical building protection.It briefly describes the value of historic buildings and the difference with officially protected monuments and sites,summarizes the current status of historic building protection planning compilation that in the conservation plan system.In summary,As an emerging concept historic building have become research objects for just ten years in China.Most of the research is centered on the protection system and legal system construction,transformation and reuse strategy,ontology feature research,value evaluation,potential for space and function mining,preservation and refurbishment technology of historic buildings.There is a lack of research on the historic building protection realize through planning.In the system of conservation planning of historic city,As part of other levels of protection planning,historic buildings are generally added protection request as a whole.Research on conservation planning has been concentrated on the historic cities,historic conservation area,historic towns and villages,etc.There is few planning with only historic buildings as planning objects,and due to the lack of a unified legal basis and the formulate standard,there is no systematic study of the protection planning of historic buildings.First of all,the article expounds the purpose and background of the compilation of historic building protection planning in Guangzhou.Analyze the construction of the Guangzhou historic building protection system and the current status of 817 historic buildings,summarize the core issues to be addressed in planning.Then respond to these questions in the planning content.In the compilation process of each batch of historic building protection planning,modify and optimize the expression and content of the planning based on the principles of legibility and operability and rationality.So that the planning results can be covered better and implemented.Improve the accuracy and scientific nature of historic building protection,and provide clear guidance and opinions for the preservation and utilization of historic buildings.Secondly,explain the connection relationship between the protection planning and the technical documents of preservation,and how to use them.Analyze the roles and short-term effects of the protection planning facing the different implementation entities.In-depth exploration the problems and deficiencies exposed during implementation,Summarize the root causes that affect the protection and reuse of historic buildings,and reflect on ways toimprove the implementation of protection planning.Finally,demonstrate the universal significance and promotion value of Guangzhou historic building protection planning through actual cases.First,leading Guangdong Province to promote a new round of historic building protection.Second,enriching the exploration of historic building protection planning in China.Third,providing reference examples for the compilation of historic building protection planning in other places.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)The historic building protection planning of Guangzhou has formed a relatively complete planning result,and its universal experience has certain reference and inspiration to other cities.(2)Innovate the way of historic building protection and preservation with the characteristic part as the clues,and strengthen the implementation of the protection planning.(3)The compilation of historic building protection planning is just a basic work.The problems exposed in the implementation process reflect the construction of the protection system is imperfect,and the historic building protection work has a long way to go.
