With the continuous development of social economy and city construction in China,protection of historical buildings and culture is more and more aroused people's concern.China's relevant cultural relics protection agencies also launched for the protection of historical and cultural city town village planning,for those recorded in the city history,reflect the regional characteristics,and can reflect the different historical period complete traditional style and local folk custom characteristic of historic blocks made key approval.The historical blocks which witness the city in the development of historical events,social activities and cultural practices,are the core content of historical and cultural heritage protection in our country.Historical block protection plan will effectively promote the revival and development of historic district,it will be for our country in the process of regional update and reform to provide necessary reference and basis.The historical block protection planning at this stage,cognitive still stays on the regional symbols in the most basic form and imitation design level,the lack of the regional architectural symbols,regional cultural symbol of deep mining and cognition,abandoned the semiotics explained the relationship between the signifier and the signified,and simple form is also not exist for a long time.This research studied regional symbols from the perspective of symbols,in the area of natural characteristics,architectural style and cultural customs of research analysis,based on the mining area symbols of historic context and the generating mechanism.Based on the key areas of symbol semiotics in the sense of classification and extraction,then extracted to the area of building,summarized the symbol and culture symbol and the sublimation,and through the deconstruction of the method to explore the deep meaning of the signifier,made with this method of research with regional characteristics and the results from these,it's easier to the aboriginals' recognition and understanding,to regional historical block protection planning provides a basic reference.Finally integrated the above research,open up a new way of historical block protection plan method to form different parts of the block protection system and target the detailed rules for the implementation of providing the necessary conditions.
