Study On The Design Of Upgrading, Renovating And Expanding Township Health Hospitals In Guangdong Province Under The Policy Background Of Strengthening Primary Health Care

With the emphasis on primary health care and related policies,t,the construction of county hospitals,as the leading medical institution in rural areas,has attracted the attention.In 2017,Guangdong Province propsed the policy of upgrading township hospitals to county hospitals,prompting the renovation and expansion of a large number of township health.Many of them upgraded by the way of original site renovation and expansion.In order to better summarize the design experience,this paper conducts relevant Research on this topic.Township hospitals and county hospitals belong to the China's rural medical system,in which they play a connecting role and a leading role.Township hospitals and county hospitals have experienced a tortuous historical development period.In order to fulfill the requirements of grass-roots medical development in the new period of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,they will usher in the peak of construction,reconstruction and expansion.The construction of countylevel hospitals requires a lot of hardware and software resources,such as land,talents and funds.It is feasible to take township hospitals as the basic construction.Based on the investigation of county hospitals and township health centers in Guangdong province,this paper summarizes the existing planning and construction problems of county hospitals and the difficulties affecting the reconstruction and expansion of township health centers.Secondly,the paper investigates the design scheme of the original site reconstruction and expansion under the background of the upgrading policy,and summarizes the problems and methods of the design scheme which can be used for reference.According to the problems and characteristics summarized by the investigation and the theory of reconstruction,expansion and design of medical buildings,this paper puts forward the design methods of adapting to the current situation,integrating and reconstructing hospital districts,sustainability and humanization.The paper combines the actual project design experience and cases to analyze and narrate the specific operation of the design methods,demonstrating the practicability of the design methods.
