A Post-use Evaluation (POE) Study Of Jinan Ronghui Old Commercial Port Based On Environmental Behavior

Traditional blocks are an important carrier of residents' living space,and they carry the unique regional culture and historical memory of the city.Renewing and transforming traditional blocks so that they can undertake new development tasks is an important issue facing urban development.The transformation of physical space has always been the focus of the renewal of traditional blocks,and the consideration of user behavior feedback has become a neglected link in environmental design.However,the city always contains two levels of physical and social content,namely,physical entities and behavioral activities.The organic combination of the traditional environment and user behavior can only create a historical and cultural space full of human care,a sense of belonging and a sense of identity.This article attempts to use urban research methods to provide reasonable explanations and references for users' psychological and behavioral information,and finally feeds back the research results to the environmental design link,forming a logical closed loop of "from environmental guidance of spatial behavior to behavior feedback to optimize environmental design".Provide more systematic and targeted methods and suggestions for the practical application of the evaluation results after the use of traditional blocks.The research is divided into six chapters.The first chapter describes the research background,research purpose and significance,definition of the research object and scope of this article;the second chapter combs the development process of people and the environment,summarizes the theoretical overview and subjectivity of environmental behavior related disciplines The research and development process of evaluation methods at home and abroad;Chapter 3 begins to design the post-occupancy evaluation of traditional blocks,determines the evaluation logic and process steps,and clearly establishes evaluation in three aspects: spatial cognitive feedback,spatial behavior feedback and network evaluation feedback Work framework: Chapters 4 to 6 are experimental links.With the help of urban research methods,users' behaviors are used as the research entry point to evaluate the spatial image,environmental design and spatial activation characteristics of the updated traditional blocks,and to study users.The correlation between behavior and the urban environment,and the evaluation information is sorted and summarized through interdisciplinary analysis methods and big data technical means,in order to explore new research ideas for the future development of post-occupancy evaluation,and provide more information for the environmental design of traditional urban blocks.It is a humanized research method.
