| With the development of China’s economy,social electricity consumption is increasing,which urges China to strengthen the construction of power grid.However,there are many problems in the management and operation of transmission lines in China,resulting in low patrol efficiency of transmission lines,hidden trouble management is not in place.Therefore,the improvement of transmission line operation and maintenance management level has become an important problem to be solved.Firstly,the current situation of transmission line operation and maintenance management by investigating the current situation of transmission equipment operation is analyzed in this paper,personnel inspection and capital use of A power supply company,finds out the problems existing in the operation and maintenance management of transmission line,and analyzes the reasons,include: shortage of personnel and maintenance cost,waste and shortage of inspection resources exist at the same time,hidden dangers of passageways affect the safety of equipment,and the quality of equipment inspection is not high and so on.Secondly,the basic principles and concepts of state operation and maintenance management and state patrol,and analyzes in detail whether the state patrol can be effectively implemented is discussed in this paper.In this paper,industrial engineering,organizational design and other related theories are applied to A power supply company’s transmission line operation management system,maintenance process,organizational structure,management of related preparatory items and personnel distribution system,etc.,to establish A relatively complete transmission line operation and maintenance management system.According to the concept of state inspection,an effective implementation method of state inspection and maintenance management of overhead transmission lines is given in this paper,and at the same time sets up a relatively perfect state inspection system to strengthen the integration of basic data,implement online monitoring and realize intelligent operation of transmission lines.Finally,the transmission line intelligent inspection system,that is HuiDaiWei platform system is built in this paper,which has passed the acceptance inspection and officially put into use.By recording transmission line patrol HuiDaiWei platform system,defects and hidden danger situation,extend or shorten the line tour period,to guarantee the quality of the tour at the same time,effectively improve the efficiency of the circuitry patrol,reduces the cost of manpower,material resources,financial resources,has obtained the good benefit,has high value of engineering application to the national grid and set up modern operational management has a positive significance. |
