Against the backdrop of intelligent substations,with the gradual expansion of the scale of the power grid,the operation mode of the power grid is becoming increasingly complex.The structure and operation of substations have changed thoroughly,and the daily monitoring,control,operation,maintenance and overhaul have also taken place great changes.At present,the operating personnel still operate and patrol manually,lack of analysis of different defects and key parameters of the operating equipment,which not only deviates from the actual operation of the equipment,but also result in great wastes of manpower and material resources.Therefore,the research on the technology of new intelligent operation and maintenance of substation has great significance in application.Based on the requirements of maintenance and management of the 220 k V Huanao Substation,this thesis proposes a set of programme for intelligent operation and maintenance.First,this article designs the modification scheme of video recognition equipment and intelligent patrol robots.Then the research and application of unmanned operation and unmanned secondary inspection are carried out,achieving the goal of efficient operation and maintenance of unmanned operation,unmanned secondary inspection and intelligent operation in 220 k V Huanao Substation.The main contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at current operation,wiring pattern and layout of the substation,this thesis proposes a set of programme for intelligent operation and maintenance,and the overall configuration and architecture of the system are designed.(2)The design and installation of the intelligent inspection equipment are carried out,including the transformation of video recognition equipment and the transformation of intelligent patrol robots.The interaction between the systems was designed and analyzed.(3)The research of unmanned operation and unmanned secondary inspection are carried out,and the one-key sequential control system and intelligent secondary inspection system are designed.The application of unmanned operation and unmanned secondary inspection are realized through the interaction and cooperation of multiple subsystems.Based on the actual problems of current operation of the substation,this research proposes solutions for intelligent operation and maintenance technology,which are verified by the example of the renovation project of 220 k V Huanao Substation.The results of the research and application are summarized,forming a corresponding propagable technical system.
