With the improvement of highway grade, the proportion of highway structures such asbridge engineering is increasing. The early damage in bridge deck construction is more andmore common and severe, mainly caused by the improper selection of waterproof adhesivematerial and poor construction quality. At present, there are many types of waterproofmaterial on the market, whose quality varies. China has not yet unified standards and normsincluding waterproof bonding layer material selection, design, testing, inspection andconstruction. Therefore, on the basis of investigation and analysis of application situationhome and abroad, this paper analyzes the quality standards of Asphalt Concrete Deckinterlayer Treatment on the basis of the research at home and abroad.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1) Research on material types andapplication condition of our country’s disposal technology for bridge deck pavement. It alsoprovides a basis for grasping the actual project situation and the inter-layer disposaltechnology for further research.(2) Research on the impact on bridge deck pavement stressunder different working conditions such as pavement thickness and modulus, overloading,longitudinal slope, temperature, and horizontal force coefficients. Then, the working state ofthe bridge deck pavement is determined and grading standards of working conditions betweenthe bridge deck pavement is raised.(3) Based on domestic surveys and mechanical analysis,the optimum dosage of the material is determined through a lot of indoor shear pull test usingseveral representative waterproof adhesive materials. Besides, the law of the effect on thebond strength by external environment is studied. Also, comparative evaluation of shear pullstrength and water permeability properties of the waterproof adhesive material is done. Then,commonly used waterproofing materials evaluation criteria are put up and graded layerbetween materials are recommended for various conditions.(4)Research on interlayertreatment of construction technology and quality acceptance criteria from the following threeaspects: surface treatment technique for the concrete layer, construction process andconstruction inspection of the waterproof adhesive layer. Finally, concrete interface treatmentof technical standard is raised up and the quality control testing indicators and evaluation methods are also determined.(5)Take the test section of Huangshayao Bridge in HanzhongWest expressway for example, it’s proved that “Asphalt-Aggregate-Asphalt†have a goodapplication effect. |
