| Kindergartens,as an important place of life and study for children aged 3-6,besides their families,shoulder the heavy responsibility of their physiological and psychological development.They are the place where preschool education begins and play an important role.However,due to the long-term continuation of the "teacher-centered" preschool education model,which focuses on teaching knowledge,the interior design of kindergartens is still only satisfied.In terms of the need for care and learning,a more important issue is neglected,that is,how to create a space that can stimulate children’s creativity and enable the environment to participate in education.The traditional kindergarten is the product of the old educational concept.Class is the basic unit of space division.The function zoning is clear.Children lack active participation and communication space in space.Although this is conducive to maintaining order and facilitating management,it lacks consideration of children’s communication and free demand.The unreasonable layout of kindergarten interior and the unscientific use of color make the distance between the interior design of kindergarten and the requirements of quality education.In recent years,with the development of Montessori’s educational concept in China,Montessori’s educational concept has been well known.Montessori kindergartens have sprung up like mushrooms.However,the application of Montessori’s education still relies mainly on Montessori’s teaching aids,which fails to reflect the requirements of space design in Montessori’s education.With the deepening of the application of educational concepts,the space design of kindergartens should not be a simple functional design,but should be rooted in the design of children’s development laws and characteristics in accordance with the characteristics of children’s learning.Based on Montessori’s educational concept,this paper summarizes Montessori’s educational concept and integrates it into environmental creation.It explores the indoor environment design strategy of "children-centered" and "well-prepared environment".It also designs the scheme of "sensory education" and "mixed-age education",which are put forward by Montessori’s education,so as to provide children with a way to experience and play.Explore the mysterious space;a free and open space environment to promote communication.In order to achieve the integration of educational concepts and design,create a more humane kindergarten indoor space environment to promote the development of children,meet the physiological,psychological and growth needs of children,and enhance the communication between children and the environment. |
