Research On The Design Of Obstetric Medical Space In Women And Children's Hospital

As China's medical resources are still unbalanced,the supply and demand of China's large and medium-sized obstetrical medical and health care services are increasingly contradictory as the country's policy of fully opening up the second-born child in early 2016 and the society's increasing emphasis on women's and children's health.Many provinces have integrated the resources of women and children,and the new construction and expansion of obstetric related medical services are in full swing.Our country large and medium-sized obstetric medical space in use reflect more sufferings for people sluggish flow large and long,streamline is not smooth,bed turnover rate is not high,in the process of childbirth transfer number is more,the phenomenon such as prenatal and postnatal care needs improving.Multiple needs are not met.The fundamental reason for this is that it has not really started to design continuous services from the point of view of streamline and nursing models used by various types of people.This study focused on the obstetrics related medical space in the excellent cases of six different grade women and children's specialized hospitals in China.First of all,according to the principle of classification on the area of statistics,the obstetric medical space function departments setting,area proportion and functional layout,obstetric medical problems existing.Secondly,a comparative study was carried out on obstetric medical space and three comprehensive hospitals in China.Comparing the operation mode and construction layout of the profit and non-profit obstetric hospitals in terms of operation mode and construction layout.In addition,five foreign hospitals were compared and studied.Finally,the author put forward from the perspective of nursing mode and process to update the women and children hospital obstetric outpatient medical related area,gynecology and obstetrics emergency first-aid area,obstetric nursing unit and related delivery space optimization method.Therefore,this paper titled "Research On The Design Of Obstetric Medical Space In Women And Children's Hospital ",based on the case area is a matter of statistical analysis on the architectural design analysis and optimization,a comparative study of multi-angle and deeper level.
