The Rural Highway Network Planning Of Zhangzi County Based On SSCG Ideal

Since entering the new era,people’s demand for travel has been improved qualitatively,from the original "arrive at" to the current "arrive arrive at smoothly,safely,comfortably and gracefully".Rural highways are the link to counties,townships and villages.They are characterized by a large number,wide range,scattered distribution,small scale and low grade.The construction of rural highway network based on the “SSCG” ideal will contribute to promoting the development of agriculture and rural economy.Based on the research on rural highway network at home and abroad,the upper planning,such as Outline of the 13 th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and The 13 th Five-year Plan for Comprehensive Transport Development were sorted out and analyzed.According to the development orientation of “ Sub-center,livable town of Zhangzhi City”,the rural highway network planning of Zhangzi county include county roads,township roads,village roads and special roads in this paper.On the basis of trend of economic development of Zhangzi county the future development of transportation,the rural highway demand and traffic volume are predicted.Applying the basic principles and methods of roadway network planning,the main traffic zones of traffic generation were found out by traffic location line method.The initial layout of the rural roadway network is carried out with Node Importance Approach.Planning work were started from SSCG ideal in terms of highlighting the location advantages,promoting economic development,and improving travel quality.A series of special tourism highways,such as ten thousand mu of forsythia road were planned.Based on the above work the rural highway planning of Zhangzi county is carried out.The planning helps to force the formation of rural tourism economic chain,promote the tourism industry and speed up economic development of Zhangzi county.
