Study On The Eleventh-Five Year's Rual Highway Planning For Gansu Province

Rural highway network is the most important part in highway network. As the economy development, the constructing of rural highway network becomes more and more important. The article mainly based on the rural highway network in the Gansu province, studying the optimization method of rural highway network short-term layout.This paper divided rural highway network layout optimization into four parts to discuss: the analysis of current rural highway network in Gansu province; the method of the short-term traffic demand forecasting; study on the optimization method of rural highway network short-term layout and the synthesis evaluation method of rural highway network planning project.The analysis of current rural highway network is the precondition of rural highway network layout optimization. Only based on the status of current rural highway network, we can propose the optimization project which was constructive and strategic.the optimization method of rural highway network layout is the key content. The article set up the model with different optimization object from three layers which is county highway network; township highway network; village highway network to optimize the rural highway network. Then adjust the rural highway network layout when all comes to all. At last, we give the optimization planning of rural highway network in Gansu province.We study the synthesis evaluation method of the rural highway network in the final of article. We select fourteen indexes from three layers of society impacted; technique layer; economy benefit. At the same time, we adopt the fuzzy analysis evaluative the planning of rural highway network in Gansu province. The result indicted that was relatively excellent.
