With the rapid development of China's economy,the process of urbanization is also accelerating,the urban population is increasing day by day,and the scale of the city is growing.As a result,the population density of the central urban area is also increasing.The traffic distance from the suburbs to the central urban area is getting longer and longer.The major cities are experiencing unprecedented traffic pressure.For this reason,many cities are committed to developing the subway.Power supply system is a key component of metro.Its main function is to supply electric power to electric locomotive and to supply electric power to ventilation,fire fighting,lighting,air conditioning and other facilities.As the "source" of the metro power supply system,the main transformer substation receives 110 kV high-voltage power supply from the urban power grid,and reduces the voltage to 35 kV or 10 kV through the main transformer to supply power to the traction substation.Therefore,its importance,the installation of its internal electrical equipment is also very critical,directly related to the reliability of power supply and the operation quality of the later subway.In order to improve the installation quality and control the installation risk of the electrical equipment in the main substation,and to improve the construction safety and power supply reliability,the research work of this subject is mainly carried out from the following aspects:Secondly,according to the installation characteristics of electrical equipment in the main substation,the risk identification and analysis method is studied.The risk points are evaluated from three aspects: consequence severity evaluation Y,risk duration S and risk occurrence probability G.According to different degrees,different risk scores are obtained.The higher the score,the greater the risk.Then,combined with the field experience and the collection and summary of safety and quality incidents in recent years,47 common risk points of electrical equipment installation in main substation are listed,and then Y,S and G are used to score one by one,and various risks are analyzed.It is concluded that all kinds of risks are low,medium or high.Finally,the three types of risk of equipment transportation,equipment hoisting and docking coordination are analyzed one by one,and the risk control scheme is put forward to reduce the risk and improve construction safety.Through the research of this subject,this paper summarizes the installation technology of the electrical equipment in the main substation of metro,analyses the risk points in the installation process,and puts forward the control measures.It is very necessary to analyze them from the point of view of technology and safety.The research results will have a great impact on the safety and quality of the installation and construction of the electrical equipment in the main substation of Metro in the future.Practical significance.
