| The high speed growth of China’s economy absorbs more and more transnational manufacturing corporations flood into China market.Being as a portion of production process,bulk storage tank has the following characteristics:large size,heavy load,as well as high requirements for technology and installation.The whole construction relates to all kinds of suppliers with complicated employees’ background.It relates to coordination among civil engineering,water/electricity/compressed air,welding,and hoisting.It also relates to high risk construction characteristics of elevated work and hoisting.Therefore,risk control of this program is extremely hard.Based on risk control theory and methodology,the thesis made an intensive study of construction risk control for practical case of Autoclave installation in Company U.First of all,the author identified the major risk during construction of Autoclave installation.Then,the author analyzed and assessed the risk using both qualitative and quantitative methods-Risk Metrics and LEC.In the end,the author concluded that risk control technology and rick control spreadsheet establishment must be used to strengthen rick management and achieve risk reduction.One characteristic of this thesis is to list all kinds of risks that might happen for construction using brain storming and site inspection method,then to refine the risks to easily identified ones and establish risk list.Risk list consists of risk types,risk content,potential risk instructions and counter measurements.It is the basement of next step analysis and identification.It helps to guarantee risk control to be more systematize,more standardize and easier to achieve.Another characteristic of this thesis is that it established a qualitative and quantitative risk control and analysis system for bulk storage tank instruction program with the content of identification,assessment,prevention and control.This rick assessment system helps avoid single and insufficient assessment method as usual.It helps to make the assessment method more scientific,practical and complete.The third characteristic is that risk control technology and risk control checklist helps to control the risk for whole and comprehensive process.It also helps to solve the problems of single-method prevention and single-factor risk control. |
