Research On Image Perception Evaluation Of XCMG Heavy Truck Interior Design

Design image is a special image that is perceived by the user after the design expression.It is the result of the interaction between the designer and the user.Research of design image perception is a bridge based on Kansei engineering ideas and methods to further establish effective communication between users,designers and products.In the present,it is of great significance for update the product to enhance the product competitiveness,by enhancing matching between the image representation of the product and the user's image perception.This research object is the design elements of heavy truck interior operation area,and the content is the interior design image perception evaluation,and the goal is improves the product target image perception.Therefore,the research subject includes the following sections:Firstly,organizing the design image and its perception theory,and analyzing the characteristics of the driver population and driving industry.At the same time establishing the typical driver model and the process of driving operational journey based on this.Summarizing and analyzing the process of image perception of heavy truck drivers,and determining the target image vocabulary.Secondly,researching and dividing of the overall of the heavy truck interior,and deconstructing the design elements through the method of morphological analysis.Designing and conducting the eye movement experiment,basing on the target image vocabulary in the first part.And select the design elements to determine the typical design elements.Finally,objected by typical design elements,targeted the improvement of product and target image matching.It is constructed that the evaluation model about heavy truck interior design and target image by BP neural network.At the same time,improve the operation part of the XCMG heavy truck product,and conduct the new design evaluation and verification.Through researching the typical design elements of heavy truck interior,and mapping it with image perception evaluation,constructing evaluation model,providing methods and reference for evaluation of target image in heavy truck interior design,improving the degree of match between design elements and user image,enhance the competitiveness of the product.This paper mainly studies the model design elements,and needs further exploration for ergonomics and manufacturing process.
