Research On Central Heating System Design Of Residential Buildings In Hefei

Hefei,which belongs to hot-summer and cold-winter zone,is south of the Huaihe River and north of the Changjiang River.Since Hefei is not within the central heating zone of the north defined by the Qinling Mountains and Huaihe River,it is a non-mandatory heating area.Only a few cities in the hot-summer and cold-winter zone at the same latitude are equipped with central heating facilities,such as Wuhan,Nanjing,Shanghai,etc.Noting that Hefei is one of the first cities in China to implement central heating in the hot-summer and cold-winter zone.Since the 1980 s,central heating is implemented in some public buildings in Hefei.For the party and government offices,enterprises and institutions,the initial heat source is regional heating boiler,in which the maximum heating radius is 5 km.With the improvement of living standards,the requirements for living quality and indoor comfort are also improved.Due to the large difference between the enveloping structure in Hefei and the northern cities,and the high relative humidity,it produces that somatosensory temperature is lower than air temperature,and indoor comfort is poor.Through central heating situation in Shanghai,Wuhan,Hefei and other cities,central heating in hot-summer and cold-winter zone cannot be reproduced by the mode in the north.he climate characteristics of the hot-summer and cold-winter zone and the thermal performance of the building envelope are considered in the system design,especially in heat load calculation design.Based on the research and summary of the current design and operation of centralized heating systems in domestic and foreign,combined with the actual situation of localization,this paper attempts to propose a centralized heating design scheme suitable for localized residential buildings in Hefei,providing complete functions and system energy conservation.A system that is reasonable,easy to maintain and maintain.Due to the heat source of central heating in Hefei area is basically municipal steam,this study is aimed at the typical problems existing in the design of residential steam heating system in Hefei City.For the typical problems in the design of current residential steam heating system in Hefei,the design of the system,courtyard pipe network system and heat exchange station system are discussed and analyzed based on the relevant norm requirements and combined with the actual experience of the project.The research results provide basis for the design of residential central heating system in Hefei.
