Hot-summer and cold-winter area is out of the traditional heating area for the special geographical location. And the residential building heating in this area is not sufficiently respected. However, poor thermal properties of building envelope lead to unsatisfied indoor comfort. Facing the problems above, residents of this area often buy heating equipment spontaneously to meet the heating need in winter. Therefore, residential heating in winter in this area has gradually gained attention. Facing with kinds of heating equipments, people can’t make a good choice. This paper carries a contrast analysis of the heating system in hot-summer and cold-winter area from the following aspects for reference.Firstly, three common heating methods are introduced from their working principles and characteristics with a brief comparative analysis.Secondly, there are differences of indoor thermal environment with radiator heating system, heat pump air conditioning system and floor radiant system due to the different working modes and heat transfer mechanism. The physical model of the room is established with the three heating methods by using commercial simulation software Airpak. Then the thermal environment of three kind rooms is simulated. The temperature distribution, velocity vector magnitude and PMV-PPD index of three heating rooms are analyzed, and characteristics of different heating room air flow organization are compared. The results show that, in terms of room comfort, temperature, velocity and PMV-PPD, the floor radiant system is of obviously advantage. In addition, tests of three kinds heating methods in a reception room in Nanjing are conducted as there is less research about the room temperature response. Response of room temperature with three heating systems after start/stop is compared. The results show that after start of the heating system, the heat pump air conditioning system room reaches the indoor comfort temperature most quickly. After the heating system shuts down, room with radiant floor system maintains the room temperature at a level for longer time. Finally, the costs and economy of three plans are analyzed and compared in this paper. By an engineering example of a residential building in Nanjing, this article calculates the economy with three different heating systems in winter. |
