Study On Development Strategy Of W Construction Project Management Co.,Ltd

If one company wants to grasp at opportunities,develop its strengths and weaken its own weaknesses to meet a higher goal,the important point is company strategy.This article analyzed W Constriction Project Management Co.,Ltd.(refereed as W Company)by using several analysis of strategic management,such as macroscopic and microscopic methods,in order to find a best development strategy foe W Company.In the first part,this paper utilized first conduct a qualitative analysis of the development course and current situation of engineering consulting industry at home and abroad.By contrasting development of engineering consulting industry at home and abroad,it conducted a analysis of the gap between engineering consulting industry at home and abroad.Secondly,by using PEST analysis and porter's "five" model,we know the environment,including external environment and industry environment and competitive situation of engineering consulting,even W Company.For W Company,there are opportunities and challenges.As one of the first batch of experimental unit enterprise of the whole process engineering consultation in Sichuan province,opportunities for the company is policy and market demands.The market is promising and good because of its advantages.However,threats are also exist,such as increasing human cost and market access policies reforming.Thirdly,by analysis of the internal environment,the results showed that the resources of W Company were well organized.,and disadvantages and problems.On the basis of the above comprehensive analysis,this article build the SWOT model,put forward the company strategy,using integration of all kinds of resources integration strategy,determined the overall goal of the company's future development.And then,the paper brought forward the general idea and countermeasure to enlarge and strengthen the company.And also brought forward the three years,ten years and fifteen years development strategy.Finally,the article proposed that the company should focus on seven measures to ensure the strategies:(1)constructing the ability of whole process engineering consulting,(2)to implement information construction,(3)to upgrade company qualification,(4)o establish the marketing system,(5)to complement company culture,(6)to strengthen implementationcapacity,(7)strengthen risk controlling.
