With the aging of our population becoming more and more serious,the problem of the aged society is becoming more and more prominent.The health of the elderly in their old-age is in urgent need of attention and protection,Pay attention to the health of the elderly,first of all,we should pay attention to the travel of the elderly people,especially the elderly people with inconvenient legs.When the elderly go out alone,they face the dilemma of accidental fall,abnormal heart rate and unknown children.These situations may have very serious consequences.Many elderly people use crutches when they travel,and the popular crutches in the market have a single function,which can only play a supporting role,and can not provide other help for the elderly,such as monitoring of physiological parameters and responding to unexpected emergencies.The purpose of this paper is to design a mobile health real-time monitoring system based on intelligent crutches,which enables fall detection,heart rate anomaly detection,and sends an alert to a guardian when an anomaly occurs,and provides the nearest nearby hospital information based on the ward's location information,plans the best way for the guardian to rescue the elderly and to win the time for the rescue of the elderly,so as to reduce the emergency health threat to the elderly.The paper mainly carried out the following research:(1)Using the hierarchical architecture design.The first layer was the perceptual layer,which was used for the acquisition of sensing information.The second layer was the network layer,which is used to upload the sensing data.The third layer was the platform layer,which was used to analyze and process the various information of the guardian;The fourth layer was the application layer,which was used to realize the function of the system.(2)Finished the hardware design scheme and software design scheme of intelligent crutch system,including the selection,design and functional implementation of each module.Then the detection algorithm and experimental results of the fall and heart rate data monitoring were presented in this paper.And carried out experimental verification.The three stages of falling were put forward in the aspect of falling detection,through the combination analysis of threshold and human posture data,the human fall could be detected and judged accurately.Adaptive filtering algorithm was used in heart rate detection to make heart rate data more accurate.The guardian personalized the normal heart rate range according to the ward's physical condition.(3)The design and implementation of intelligent walking stick mobile monitoring prototype system were introduced,including the design and implementation of server,database and front-end pagesthe feasibility,validity and accuracy of the system were verified by experiments.
