Research On The Function Renewal And Transformation Design Of Traditional Villages In Lingyuan City Under The Background Of Rural Tourism

The protection and development of traditional villages in Lingyuan City are still in their infancy.The income of rural villages in Lingyuan City is relatively low,and villagers are constantly outflowing.They lack good policies and funds to protect and revitalize traditional villages.And development work are difficult to advance.The vigorous development of the rural tourism industry today provides villages with a low-risk and low-destructive development direction,but the premise of the development of traditional villages is good protection of the village,and the existing functions of the village are only for the villagers.Services,tourism services require a reasonable function update and transformation of the village,this article is to study the function update and transformation design strategy of traditional villages in Lingyuan City under this background,and take Lieshanliang Village as an example to verify and improve related strategies.Aiming at the contradiction between the protection of traditional villages and the development of rural tourism,we first summarized the domestic research status and achievements in terms of the connotation of rural tourism,the theory of traditional village function renewal and transformation,the theory of traditional village protection and renewal,and the research status of traditional villages in western Liaoning.It also analyzes the research status of traditional villages in western Liaoning.Next,analyze the factors restricting the development of rural tourism in traditional villages in Lingyuan City.According to the field investigation and data compilation,it summarizes the general situation and tourism resources of Lingyuan City,the protection status of traditional villages in Lingyuan City,the detailed status analysis of the four traditional villages selected,and the development status and constraints of rural tourism in traditional villages of Lingyuan City Factors,from the four aspects of objective resources,relevant policies and documents,the status quo and important constraints,summarized the characteristics and resource composition of traditional villages in Lingyuan City,as well as the status quo and problems of developing rural tourism.Then,according to the detailed basic research data and related theories in the previous period,the strategy of functional renewal and transformation in the context of the development of rural tourism was formulated for traditional villages in Lingyuan City.The strategy was first determined by applying organic renewal theory,sustainable development theory and interest subject theory.The core content of the construction and the way of village protection,on this basis,from the three levels of the overall planning,the external space of the village and the residential houses,discuss in detail the detailed strategies at each level.Finally,taking Lishanliang Village in Shijiajiazi Town as a practical application object,the system strategy in the previous article is studied and put into practice in the renewal planning of Lishanliang Village.In the entire application process,the strategies summarized in the previous article are combined with the current status and characteristics of the village resources to determine the positioning of the village tourism development,and then from the overall upgrade plan of the village,the update of the external space of the village and the functional update and transformation of the village houses.At a different level,the village has been systematically updated and redesigned from the whole to a single residential house.On the basis of continuation of traditional village culture,the overall environment of the village is improved,the contradiction between protection and development is balanced,and the village is provided with practical development of rural tourism.Feasible planning and design,and in this process,the rationality of the strategy can be tested.In the future,the strategy system can be continuously improved through the specific update practice of each traditional village in Lingyuan City.This article preliminary explores the balance settlement strategy between traditional villages in Lingyuan City and sustainable protection and development of the village,and applies the theoretical research strategy to the practical design scheme represented by Lishanliang Village.Traditional villages that develop rural tourism provide strategies and application demonstrations.
