| At present,the trend of applying project management knowledge system to automobile industry is very obvious,and more and more products are developed with project management concept.The most widely used one,however,is the development of automotive products.By consulting a large number of data,no successful application of project management knowledge in locomotive supporting project development was found.According to the present research,the author believes it is necessary to study project management knowledge in powertrain and vehicle development,to make the vehicle development contain synchronous development of the parts.Meanwhile,the application of project management knowledge in auto parts enterprises can more effectively meet the requirements of customers.Dongan Automobile Engine Manufacturing Co.,LTD.uses project management knowledge in the matching development of powertrain and automobile,and forms the relevant market development system structure.However,in the past two years,the company’s customer loss continued,and the product sales declined sharply.Through field investigation,relevant analysis and actual work experience,many problems are found in the current market development system.Those problems are analysed and summarized,and the main reasons of the problems are found out.According to the reasons,the management process optimization,a project management office establishment,new system flow creation,and the of the project team improvement efficiency are used to to optimize the market development system from the root of the problems.Meanwhile,in order to carry out the system optimization program smoothly,practical safeguard measures have been formulated.The implementation of market development project system optimization,can improve the project management ability and economic benefit of the company,the customer’s satisfaction,and promote the development of company continuously toward the overall strategic goals. |
