The vibration analyzer is a vibration detecting device for detecting vibration of a mechanical device,and the vibration signal of the device can be detected by mounting the vibration analyzer on the surface of the device to be inspected,and can be detected by at least one vibration sensor during operation.Vibration signal of mechanical equipment.Then,the frequency domain characteristic information is further extracted from the acquired vibration signal,and then the fault state of the device is evaluated by a specific fault diagnosis method.Therefore,the vibration analyzer of this paper is designed to design a vibration analyzer using MEMS accelerometer.The main purpose of this paper is to design a vibration analyzer based on MEMS accelerometer.For the acquisition of vibration signals,MEMS accelerometer is used as the vibration signal sensor.The accelerometer ADXL357 is used to measure the actual acceleration generated by the vibration of mechanical equipment.Aiming at the feasibility of MEMS as an accelerometer,this paper verifies the feasibility of the MEMS vibration analyzer based on the time domain spectrum of the vibration acceleration of the machine and the displacement spectrum of the vibration analyzer.In order to obtain the displacement spectrum of the vibration analyzer output,the acceleration signal of the vibration is converted into a spectrum signal by Fast Fourier Transformation(FFT).In order to effectively complete the FFT,this paper uses a Microcontroller Unit(MCU).To achieve the FFT of the vibration acceleration,in order to make the MCU meet the requirements of the FFT processing,and transmit the spectral data after the FFT to the computer,the MCU is analyzed and selected,and the data is passed between the accelerometer and the MUC.The register performs data reading and analysis and selection of the communication method of the accelerometer.After the overall design is completed,the MCU selection,accelerometer selection,communication method selection,ADXL357 sampling process are described in detail,and the FFT program and Lab VIEW program are written.In the process of writing the FFT program,the FFT floating-point operation is converted into a fixed-point operation,and the input data is inverted,and the data overflow design and the result normalization design are prevented.During the experiment,the overall debugging of the vibration analyzer was completed,so that each module can work normally.The vibration analyzer can measure the vibration frequency and draw a spectrum map.At the same time,the paper further measures the vibration spectrum of the experimental motor,and verifies the influence of the internal structure of the mechanical equipment on the mechanical vibration.
