Vibration environment simulation test is basic means of modernengineering technology test, vibration environment simulation systemsimulates vibration environment where the specimen which is in the transportor use is exposed to, to test its reliability and stability. To enhance thefrequency characteristics and tracking accuracy of reproduction of the seismicwaves of earthquake simulation test system, can improve the detectioncapabilities of seismic performance of the measured object.Hydraulic shaker control system consists of servo control system andvibration control system. Servo control system’s main role is to conduct real-time control of the platform, in the experiment through RTW Rapid ControlPrototyping technologies. Due to the low resonance frequency and small dampratio of the power element, the Three Variable Controller (TVC) is proposed inorder to extent the frequency band and improves system stability.Merely using the servo control system to obtain low bandwidth, time-domain waveform reproduction accuracy is not high enough. Therefore, thisarticle studies vibration control as well as servo control system. This articledescribes the basic steps of the time-domain waveform reproduction algorithm,pointing out the main technical indicators of common random vibration test;the article studies waveform reproduction algorithm based on H1identificationmethod, and draws a flow chart of the software implementation.Waveform reproduction software is designed according to iteration andidentification algorithm based on H1identification method. That softwareapplies Matlab and Visual C++mixed programming method, both enables m-files for data processing, image rendering and other functions, and take VisualC++’ advantages on interface design, and greatly improves the performance ofthe software. Software’s functional requirement determines the overallsoftware architecture. Based on the overall software architecture, function ofeach m-file function is written, and interactive interface is designed.Time-domain waveform reproduction pilot testing on the hydraulic test riglinks the waveform reproduction software and shakers servo control system.We verified by experiment the time-domain waveform reproduction software for full functionality. Finally, the waveform reproduction accuracy meets theneeds of the vibration characteristic test.
