Study On Landscape Design Strategy Of Urban Parks In Cold Region Based On Restorative Environment Theory

With the acceleration of urbanization,the pace of modern life has increased,and people have been in a state of tension and oppression for a long time,which is extremely detrimental to physical and mental health.A good landscape environment can regulate bad emotions,reduce stress,and improve people's mental state.The environment with these positive effects can be called a healing environment.It is becoming more and more important to use the healing benefits of the environment in the city to restore the mental health.Urban park green space is the most common type of green space in people's daily life,and it is also a space that is used frequently.Therefore,the theory of healing environment is discussed.The application of urban park landscape design is of great significance.At the same time,due to the harsh climate of China's cold cities,the cost of landscape maintenance and the value of landscape benefits are large.Therefore,the study of rehabilitative landscape design of urban parks in the context of cold regions is particularly important.First of all,the article discusses the background and significance of the research,and combines the relevant literatures and cases at home and abroad to systematically sort out the research status,determine the research methods and research contents of this paper,and then lay the foundation for the theory and background of the environment and landscape design.In the above,the general concept,theoretical characteristics and evaluation criteria of the healing environment theory are summarized.Combined with the rejuvenation landscape design of the cold park,the main application principles and practical methods are summarized.Taking the three city parks such as Harbin Zhaolin Park,Jingyu Park and Yuxiu Lake Park as examples,the survey of the regional situation and the current situation of the park was conducted.The survey included the satisfaction of the park users on the status of infrastructure and landscape design,and According to the quantitative scoring of landscape resurrection characteristics,the relationship between park landscape environment and users' daily behavior and mental health was summarized.The existing problems were analyzed and compiled.The rehabilitative environment was designed and used for park landscape planning and use.The psychological and physiological influences of the people finally summarize the landscape design points of the healing environment,and compare and analyze the landscape design with or without rejuvenation.It is clear that the resurfacing landscape design is reintroduced into the urban park.Green space can produce more obvious health effects such as restoring attention fatigue,soothing emotions,reducing life stress,and has a positive promotion effect.The study demonstrates the components and design strategies of the rehabilitative environmental landscape,and explores its six optimization design principles,which can be applied to the landscape design of cold parks.In order to provide targeted ideas and methods for the study of emotional and physical and mental health recovery in today's environment and landscape design.
