The city's low-carbon ecological development is essentially a yearning for sustainable' development.As an important part of urban space resources,underground space plays an important role in improving the toughness and compactness of space,reducing energy consumption,and increasing carbon sinks in new cities.However,the new city of low-carbon ecological orientation also faces a series of problems in the planning and construction of underground space,including the ecological constraints of the ground space environment on the hard constraints of the development and use of underground space,the planning and construction of low-carbon eco-city planning framework and underground The spatial planning and construction framework does not match the problem of inconsistency,and there is no low-carbon or ecological problem inside the underground space.The root cause of the above problems is that the cognitive level lacks sufficient knowledge of the attributes of underground space resources,development and use costs,and the cycle;the level of planning convergence,the lack of effective coordination between the construction of the above-ground low-carbon ecological planning framework and the planning and construction of underground space systems.Actively interact with the underground space as an affiliate of the ground space without active and effective energy-saving design and application of new technologies.This study fully explores the connotation of low-carbon eco-city planning and construction and the value and mission of underground space development.Based on summarizing the experience of underground space planning and construction in advanced international regions and the planning and construction content of low-carbon eco-city,a low-carbon ecological guide is proposed.Newtown underground space planning should be based on the development potential assessment and strategic zoning of underground space resources,and use the low-carbon ecological planning framework on the ground as a guideline to construct a space framework for sustainable development that is compatible with underground and above ground;at the same time,focusing on public transportation Nodes carry out three-dimensional development of urban space to amplify TOD utility;rely on transportation hubs to construct an all-weather walking network with interconnection;and through the grafting and implantation of new technologies and methods,create a green and comfortable underground space environment.Finally,taking the practice of Wuhan Sino-French Eco-City project as an example,an empirical study was conducted on the planning and construction of underground space in a relatively ecologically sensitive low-carbon eco-city.
