Aircraft landing pad has an important place in some shuttle missions.The complicated technology,the high cost and the long development cycle always lead to a later delivery to the other products.To use the formal products directly for the satellite onbord system testing,not only need to wait for a long time,affecting the system test schedule,but also for the quality-instable product bring all kinds of security risks to the products,that had delivered in the system testing.Therefore,the leading departments put forward the requirement of developing the special equipment for the landing gear.However,the existing special equipments cannot meet the short period requirements of the leading departments,due to the poor universal property.This thesis designed a electrical control system device of aircraft landing pad with modularized test functions.The device cannot only simulate brake motors,electromagnetic valve,electric explosion valve,position sensor,speed sensor,pressure sensor of tanks,pressure sensor of tyre and absorber,which belong to landing and taxiing system,but also test the function for landing pad folding,unfolding and braking.This design not only meets the needs of the device to the leading departments,but also brings the device the ability to locate the exact fault point rapidly,to repaired and to expand functions.According to the using versatility,the paper selects the product structure based on PXI and PXIe bus.Then,the paper puts forward a modular design as the total design project of the device,and divides the function subsystem.At last,the paper determines the function of each board based on data channel quantity,interface type,mechanical dimensions of the boards and some other factors.The paper develops a 1553 B communication board to meet project requirements.Meanwhile,the card enriches product series.According to the using convenience,the device used PXIe bus-mastering module as the core controller of each module,on which the LabVIEW software runs.The PXIe bus-mastering module communicates with other modules through the use of industrial control computer backboard,and also can communicate with a remote computer through network interface.The paper developed its own system control software.Test results show that the device meets the requirements of the design perfectly.The functions of self-test?the power supply?the state detection?switching of communication lines ? instruction output work well.And the human-machine interaction interface of the device is simple and easy to operate.The modular structure is easy to expand function.
